Week 11: Building an AI-native team

This week's lesson is about operating agents as a team. The first half checks four shared pieces against course-made records: a tool portal's grants, a model gateway's policy, the cost of an accepted change and a routing policy. The second half is an incident on the ci-dashboard example: you check a draft root-cause analysis against a request log before any repair, then prove a recovery with a regression that fails on the incident build, fails on a repair that only looks right and passes on the real one.
