Term project proposal

Purpose

Use this form for the week 2 proposal. Keep the idea small enough to build and verify, and identify evidence that a reviewer can inspect.

Development role for the coding agent

Describe where the agent may help, what instructions and permissions it will receive, and which decisions you will make and verify yourself.

First evidence plan

Name the first observable acceptance case, the check you expect to run, and the revision or artifact that will show the result.

Scope boundary

List the smallest useful path for the alpha and two things you will leave out until you have evidence that the core path works.

Partnership (if applicable)

Names and roles of the two students, if this is a two-person project. Explain how the larger scope will remain verifiable. A solo project may write solo.

AI-use note

State the tool and purpose, or state that no AI was used. Give this note an ID to reuse in later milestones.

Review

Before submitting, confirm the core scenario, initial check, development boundary and scope fit together. Link the submitted revision and any verification output. Record the decision: accept, narrow, re-check or stop, with the evidence supporting it.
