Help with setup and learning
Use Week 0 setup before your first agent session and the fallback checklist if you cannot start. Ask for help with account activation, devices, accessibility, a failed check or an unclear requirement. Students do not pay for agent seats or credit. The teaching team publishes current contact, office-hour, device-support and accessibility details before the first class.
Prepare a useful help request
Record the course version, exercise, operating system, command, expected result, observed result and smallest check you tried. Share a minimal synthetic example where possible. Inspect excerpts before sharing; include only information needed to reproduce the problem. Keep waiting, help and rework time in your existing work record. Seek support when blocked; there is no penalty for needing help or exceeding an estimate.
Teaching contact and access
The teaching team will publish its support channel, office hours and private routes for accessibility, assessment questions and appeals before class. Use the private route for individual circumstances and the public route for a question useful to other students.
While waiting for help
Read the conceptual material, predict outputs or trace a small example on paper. Label reasoning as reasoning and unexecuted work as unexecuted. When access is restored, run the required check and keep its result. Public formative feedback is separate from a formal assessment mark; an incomplete assessment remains missing until resolved.
