Purpose

Keep the evidence needed to explain one work product. Reuse it by ID across permitted assessments.

Records

Artifact and decision

Task or milestone ID, revision and the bounded change. State the user need or contract, and whether you accept, narrow, recheck or stop.

Verification

One discriminating input with its independent expected result; the actual command/result or an explicit missing observation. Link any reused test, trace, review or participant record by ID. Keep sensitive records in the approved private location.

My explanation and revision

Explain why the observation supports the decision. Keep the initial prediction and one change made after feedback. Answer the changed-input question yourself. Use a few sentences; no word-count quota or full chat export.

AI-use note

Assistance ID; tool/model and purpose, or no AI used. Reuse this ID when the same work feeds another milestone.

After feedback, record the one change you made and the check that supports it.
